DESCRIPTION • In 2005, Panraven was one of only two companies that provided a fully web-based WYSIWYG editing experience for consumer-oriented story creation and sharing with a web-to-print workflow.

As our service grew, we added photo product customization and a full merchandise storefront to our photo and story sharing functionality. Each step of the way, from introducing new merchandise editing features to redesigning our quick checkout process, I maintained a steadfast commitment to user-centric design—optimizing workflows for ease of use and maximum user engagement.

Panraven’s rapid pace of development required that I optimize the efficiency of the Design process; from creating a systematic file organization through evolving a structured approach to generating detailed and comprehensive documentation. The resulting system enabled more efficient deployments.
